Home made pesto sauce with pine nuts

Ingredients
Pesto Sauce
- 2 cups Fresh Basil clean and remove stems
- 1/2 cup Pine nuts
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions

Clean basil and remove the stems, place in a 2 cup container and pack tightly

Place the Basil and Olive Oil into the Food Processor and Blend until smooth

Add the Pine Nuts, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic. Blend until you have a smooth paste

remove from food processor.

Recipe Notes
This recipe is quick and easy. It will make enough for 1 large dish for 6 or more people, or 2 dishes up to 6 people. Once you have made the pesto you use immediately or you can store in an air tight container for up to 1 week, or you can freeze up to 6 months.
