Pasta Carbonara

Quick easy meal that will surely please the crowd from young to old. A twist on breakfast for dinner!!

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Grated fine
  • 1 LB Bacon Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Can substitute Mille or
  • 1 Lb Pasta Your choice short or long


Carbonara Base

  1. Chop bacon into medium sized pieces. Cook bacon and save bacon grease. 

  2. Break the 6 eggs into a medium size bowl. 

  3. Wisk eggs together until well blended. Add cheese and cream to egg mixture blend set aside. 

Finishing steps

  1. Boil pasta per package instructions. Drain and place pasta back in pot. 

  2. On medium heat add 1/2 bacon grease to pasta and mix. Add the egg mixture 

  3. Continuously stir pasta and allow egg mixture to cover the pasta and cook between 4 and 8 minutes. Do not over cook, the heat of the pasta will continue to cook egg mixture. Add bacon And incorporate it through out the pasta. Serve immediately.
