Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Butter Can substitute margerine
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour 1/4 cup extra
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt I omit salt for health reason but it does bring out the flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix Butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and eggs together

  2. Add flour, and baking soda mix until it forms a soft ball. (You don’t want the dough to sticky or it will be difficult to work with. If it is to soft add the other 1/4 cup of flour

  3. Divide dough into approximately 1 inch balls

  4. Using a cookie shot glass mold place dough in the cups and using the depressor form the shot glasses

  5. Bake in oven for 7 to 10 minutes.  You don’t want to over cook or they will be too hard. Light golden brown

  6. When you take them out of oven. Remove the form and let cool. Remove cookie shot when it has cooled slightly

  7. Once cookies are completely cool. You can serve as is or if you want to step it up a notch you can melt chocolate and paint the inside of the shot glass. This adds a little more chocolate flavor and keeps the cookie from melting to fast from your liquid of choice
