Peanut Blossoms
Peanut butter and chocolate combined! What more can you ask for
Ingredients
Cookie
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tsp Milk
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
Topping
- 48 Hersey kisses
Instructions
Cookie Dough

Combine all ingredients except Hersey Kisses

Mix on medium speed until all ingredients combine and the dough forms a ball.
Create cookies

Divide dough in to 48 balls

Take cookie balls and roll in cane sugar until completely coated

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes (cookie is lightly brown and begins to crack)

Remove from oven and place a Hershey kiss in middle pressing down firmly (don’t put kiss so far that the cookie splits apart) the cookie should just begin to crack.

Place cookies on wax paper u til completely cool ( Hersey Kiss will deform if you stir to soon)
