Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients

Ice Cream Ingredients

  • 14 oz can of Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 large can 1/2 or sliced Peaches in light syrup 29oz can, divide in 1/2
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Peach Ice Cream

  1. Divide your peaches in 1/2

  2. Take one half of the peaches and puree with an emulsion tool or a blender and set aside

  3. Place the other half of the peaches on to a cutting board and chop to your desired size, set aside

  4. Open Sweetened Condensed Milk and pour into a large bowl

  5. Pour 2 1/2 cups heavy cream into the bowl with the condensed milk

  6. On medium speed begin to combine the condensed milk and heavy cream

  7. Once they are combined turn speed up and mix until you have soft peaks, this should take about 4-6 minutes

  8. Add chopped peaches to the bowl. Fold the peaches into the whipped Cream and condensed milk

  9. With your Loaf pan, place 1/3 of the whipped batter in the loaf pan

  10. Take a 1/3 of the blended peaches and place on top of the mixture, using a fork lightly blend the peaches in the the batter

  11. Place 1/3 of the whipped batter on top of the first layer and repeat with the blended peached

  12. Place the last 1/3 of the whipped batter in the loaf pan and again repeat with the blended peaches

  13. Pace a plastic wrap lightly onto the loaf pan and place in freezer

  14. For soft ice cream let it freeze for 3-5 hours, if not freeze over night
